Contact Recycling London
Send your name, phone, email and postcode. A person reads it, then asks for the material, volume and access details we need to quote for your premises.
Request a recycling quote
Tell us the postcode, what the business produces each week and where the containers would sit. A person replies with a question or a price.
Or email office@capitalrecycle.co.uk · WhatsApp photos of the bin area to the same number.

What should a London recycling quote request include?
A useful quote request describes the premises rather than asking for a price on its own. Start with the postcode, then add what you produce, how much, and how we get to it.
Include the London business type and postcode
Tell us what kind of business it is (office, shop, restaurant or bar, workspace, venue, or something else) and give the full collection postcode.
Include the London recycling streams
Tell us which of these you produce: dry mixed recycling, cardboard and paper, glass, food, and residual waste. If you’re not sure about an item, photograph it and put it on an “ask first” list.
Include the London recycling volume and frequency
Give a rough weekly bag count, or the bin sizes you already have, and mention any predictable peaks. If someone collects already, tell us the current frequency. Don’t send us anything confidential from that contract.
Include the London recycling storage and access
Tell us where full bags or bins wait and how they get to the collection point. Mention steps or locked doors, and whether the containers can only go out in a set window. A photo usually answers all of this in one go.
How can a business contact Recycling London?
Call 0207 101 4003, message the same number on WhatsApp, or email office@capitalrecycle.co.uk.
Contact Recycling London for a new quote
Call, WhatsApp or email us with four things: name, phone, email and postcode. That’s what we need to open the enquiry and come back to you with a quote.
Call Recycling London about an existing collection
Have the business name, postcode and the collection detail to hand. Don’t put account or payment details in a web form. If we need them, we’ll ask you directly.
Email Recycling London with photographs or a setup brief
Email suits a longer material list or a completed commercial recycling setup brief. Keep personal or confidential details out of the photos before you send them.
What happens after a Recycling London enquiry?
Capital Recycle Ltd reads every enquiry. We confirm the material, volume, container format, access and proposed frequency before we issue a quote.
Recycling London may ask for a photograph
A photo of the typical waste and the storage point cuts the guesswork. It should show scale without showing faces or confidential paperwork.
Recycling London may ask about paper, glass and food
These streams change the setup. Current guidance says paper and card must be collected separately from plastic, metal and glass unless the collector holds a valid written co-collection assessment. Glass does not go in Capital Recycle dry mixed recycling. Food stays separate from both; if you have it, ask us about the right collection route.

Capital Recycle Ltd issues the quote for the stated premises
Capital Recycle Ltd issues the quote based on what you told us. If the waste or the access turns out to be materially different, we may need to look again before the first collection.
Contact Recycling London questions
Can I get an instant Recycling London price online?
No. There’s no tariff or calculator on this site, because the stream, volume, frequency and access all change the answer, and they need looking at first.
Can I send Recycling London photographs on WhatsApp?
Yes. Use 0207 101 4003. Keep faces and anything confidential out of the frame.
Can I ask Recycling London about unusual materials?
Yes. Describe the item and send a clear photo. While you wait for an answer, don’t put hazardous, electrical, clinical or other controlled material into an ordinary recycling container.
Can Recycling London quote several recycling streams for one site?
Yes. List every stream that needs collecting and tell us about any waste another provider already handles. We’ll assess dry mixed recycling, cardboard and paper, and a dedicated glass stream for the premises you named.
Who controls information sent to Recycling London?
